Welcome to ACTXION! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ACTXION app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using ACTXION, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

  • If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • You must provide accurate and truthful account information.

 

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  • You may not share your account credentials with others.

  • Respect other users and avoid harassing or harmful behaviour

  • Not post offensive, illegal, or misleading content.

  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse ACTXION’s services.

Failure to follow these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

 

4. Content & User-Generated Material

  • You retain ownership of any content you post but grant ACTXION a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or is reported as inappropriate.

 

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • ACTXION may use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content, including personalized feeds, match predictions, summaries, and insights.

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, and users should verify sports data or predictions from official sources.

  • ACTXION is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations, predictions, or analysis.

 

6. Sports Data & Third-Party Content

  • Live scores, stats, and other sports data are provided by third-party services.

  • ACTXION is not responsible for any inaccuracies in sports data.

7. Gamification, Rewards & Points System

  • ACTXION may offer points, badges, leaderboards, and other gamified experiences.

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money unless explicitly stated.

  • ACTXION reserves the right to modify, reset, or discontinue the points system at any time.

  • Fraudulent activity, including creating fake accounts or exploiting the system, will result in account suspension and loss of points.

 

8. Invite & Referral System

  • You may invite friends and earn rewards for their participation.

  • ACTXION reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

  • Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension.

 

9. Subscription & Payments

  • Some features of ACTXION may be paid or subscription-based.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • You can cancel subscriptions via your app store settings.

 

10. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Your data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We use cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies to improve user experience.

  • You can manage your privacy preferences in your account settings.

 

11. Termination & Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

  • You may delete your account at any time in your settings.

  • ACTXION is not liable for any loss due to account termination.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

  • ACTXION is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Errors or interruptions in the Platform.

    • Loss of data or unauthorized access.

    • Third-party content or actions.

  • Continued use of ACTXION after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

14. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate legal process in England and Wales.
